Japanese celebrating World Cup win. SO different.

This is such a perfect example of the differences in countries.

The Japanese go nuts when the light turns green and immediately vacate when it turns red so cars can get through. They really do consider the collective first. So different.

Interesting. They opted for not setting cars on fire, shooting guns in the air and general mayhem. I suppose it works for them.

That's called "Respect" - something that we don't have anymore.
