Fantastic Night At The City Ground
Last night.
We rolled up for the game against Sheffield United, the recently promoted team, and the one that we - Nottingham Forest - beat the year before to take us into the Premiership in the first place.
Great night. First few mins, we score! Our guy, Awoniyi, scored the first goal in the first few minutes....we hear from the guy in front of us, after it slightly calmed down, that he's scored - technically - in 6 successive games; the 3rd player, in Premiership history, to have done that.
Wow....just....wow!
Wonderful 1st half...Sheffield came back in the 2nd, scored a goal, and then we got a late-in-the-game winner....to make a very happy 28+ thousand people go home happy....
Or, for us, to order a takeaway and get home just as it comes.
