Who thinks the LA Rams are secretly tanking to draft USC QB Caleb Williams in 2024 or do they have a less then medicore roster to lose without tanking

As a Rams fan I wonder should I have high hopes for 2023? Even front office said they are already looking forward to the 2024 offseason with their $80 Million in Cap Space and a first round pick for the first time since 2016.
