He Ain't Happy...
Was quite the emotional afternoon/evening at the hallowed City Ground, home of my fella's team, Nottingham Forest.....there's, obviously, the 50th anniversary thingy of the creation of the badge, and also the hosting to Manchester United.
I was, of course, dragged along as per normal. A sell-out crowd of 29,000+, pretty standard. Exciting match, pretty much toe to toe. Forest pretty much held their own for a long spell, however losing 1-0 in the first half. Had a bunch of chances, we made a handful of great saves...and, sadly, some dirty fouling from certain players from [i]'..ooop north'[/i], as we say.
End of game? We lost. 2-0 to the visitors. Still in the relegation zone, but the boys played really good.
Matt wasn't happy. Took him out for meal - moi here paying - and a few beers, then came home.
Seems like he's got a new bloody mantra, sweeties...
I can't tell you how many times he's said [i]'...that dirty, fouling Maguire. Cheating bastard..'[/i]
