When Christian Pulisic did not get up, following his game winning goal, I thought he was overtaken by emotion, but when I rewound to see the score again, I saw that he got kicked under the waist, by the Iranian goalkeeper.
Pulisic to play on for few more minutes, but had to leave and was rushed to the hospital for scans, in search of possible internal injuries.
He's the US team's best chance for the game against Holland. No word yet on how he's doing.
