Question for other long term heavy smokers...

Like 10+ year smokers... when did you start noticing any health effects and how bad were they?

Depends on your genetics. No studies have been made because of the costs.

My grandmother, my father said, was smoking cheroot and died somewhere in her nineties.

Not saying some shouldn't stop. Yet the facts are some have lived a full life.

Cheroot is a type of cigar BTW.
