I suspect vaping. I have no actual data but the plastic smoke vapers inhale can not be healthy. That stuff lingers in the air for a long time. I have smelled the vape smoke of some guy standing on the sidewalk as I drove by. If I had to stand with either a group smoking or a group vaping I would stand with the smokers.
