I made it almost a week without smoking but I broke down and bought a pack last night… the cravings were just getting unbearable. Now I need to decide if I have the willpower to try again 😩

Start by cutting down. If you can get to five or six a day, that's a good start. The first three days, then three weeks, then three months are the hurdles to pass. It isn't easy; took me eleven attempts before I stopped in 1984.
