I made it almost a week without smoking but I broke down and bought a pack last night… the cravings were just getting unbearable. Now I need to decide if I have the willpower to try again 😩

6 days way to go! What was the trigger last night? Of course you can do it again! Learn from the setback , it's feddback. By learning your triggers beforehand you can come up with coping strategies for when they flare up.
