Is anyone else trying to quit smoking for the new year?
I’m planning on attempting to quit again as my New Year’s resolution, but I’m pretty nervous 😬

I want to quit on New Years day too! All of this advice on your thread is helpful....Maybe secretly I could quit cold turkey this week without telling my family to get ahead of the game! No matter how much I absolutely love smoking, I really need to quit urgently. God bless you on your success on quitting, may it go well for you!

@saintsong if i could just put a little push in you all i gotta say is "just do it" like the nike ad. i did and so can you...but please do it sooner than later as your mind has you thinking about it. i've seen how my mom passed and it wasn't fun...i'd love to know how your journey goes if you do decide to quit and i'm always open to encouraging words if you want help 🫂
