Is anyone else trying to quit smoking for the new year?
I’m planning on attempting to quit again as my New Year’s resolution, but I’m pretty nervous 😬

please just do it. i did 15 years ago cold turkey. best decision i ever made...unfortunately smoking is what killed my mom, and it was not a nice death....every time i see a smoker i think about how they will one day die from it. a massive heart attack would be welcoming compared to how my mom died. i wish you all the best and if i could convince one other person to quit then i served some purpose in life...
