Is anyone else trying to quit smoking for the new year?

I’m planning on attempting to quit again as my New Year’s resolution, but I’m pretty nervous 😬

rephrase your statement, don't say try or attempt.
say "your name" (not I) will quit smoking on January 1.
when your mind is right, your actions will follow.
