Day 3 was the hardest, for me. Wave after wave of craving came and went.

It is hard, like the hardest thing ever. I can't count the number of times I quit... for a couple of days to a couple of weeks only to start again. I finally went to vaping, then slowly cut down the nicotine content of the vaping juice and was able to totally quit. That was years ago and it is amazing how much better I feel, never mind my how better my health is.

Don't ever give up trying to quit - you'll make it!

I quit 15 years ago. Not easy but so worth it

Don't you vape ... i've heard that helps with quitting 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
