I did it. Quitting can be tough, but once you make it through the rough times it is completely worth the effort. Hang tough and you can make it. Best of luck.

It is hard, like the hardest thing ever. I can't count the number of times I quit... for a couple of days to a couple of weeks only to start again. I finally went to vaping, then slowly cut down the nicotine content of the vaping juice and was able to totally quit. That was years ago and it is amazing how much better I feel, never mind my how better my health is.

Don't ever give up trying to quit - you'll make it!
