Based on the post [how do smoking parents deal with their smoking and their children?]

The last thread (from Lars2se. by the way: great words because of good parents and smoking ;)) was about how parents separate smoking and children (or not). I would really like to talk to other parents about it. Please no fetish stuff like "I let my child smoke at 3 or I blow smoke in his face as a baby". I would just like to talk and exchange views or hear other ways and meanings

I don't smoke but my dad does.

I never understood the pleasure in smoking.

@Ihopetolivehappily I can totally understand that if you are a non-smoker
@Lars2se 😅 I did try a couple of times.

And gave up.

@Ihopetolivehappily I can understand that well. For me, the "attempts" probably worked very quickly. And that's why it's like this now. It's really interesting how quickly it affects some people and not others.
