I Quit Smoking

Just over a year ago I stopped wen I stopped I still keept my backy in my pocket for 4 months incase I changed my mined but after thoes 4 months I knew I wasn't going back so gave it away now a year later wich has been a really really bad year and very difficult with some really crap things happening wich at times I really could have done with a fag

After 3 years still not smoking and not botherd being around other smokers when out and have no thoughts about it literally never thought about it till I seen my post and can’t believe how long it’s been so it definitely gets easier if you think it don’t
