Marijuana doesn't cure any disease or illness, certainly not cancer.

the first of which was ordered by the US govt 35 years ago
or the Madrid protocalls..
we even know HOW it kills cancer
it restarts cellular apoptosis, the signal a body sends to diseased cells ordering them to self destruct, and it shuts down tumor angiogensis, the call to feed the cancer with new vessels. out side of that, it lessens the effects of chemotherapy and increases appetite.
and none of that is about its uses as a anti seizure med, or a replacement for opioid analgesics.
