I have no idea. Its illegal and I hold a license granted to me by the state...which in part requires that I obey the law. I used to see stoners all the time while I was in school, and not only did they not appear to be functionally cognisant, but they also flunked out of school. But they looked happy doing it. 😊

I don't think it affects my overall intelligence much at all. I enjoy getting high, but when I'm no longer high I'm back to being pretty much the same as I was before I was high.
