Gotta love having new cats in the house.

I was making dinner tonight (after already having dropped the coffee I ordered before I even made it inside, so, ya know, stellar mood) and something just kept smelling weird. I knew it wasn't anything I was cooking with since it was all fresh but my sinuses are off thanks to allergies so I couldn't quite pin down.

Turns out the cat had peed in the eye of the stove I was using and it was heating up as I cooked.

So anyway, I'm gonna get really stoned now. 😂

@SwampFlower She might be going to live on a farm this weekend because I can't handle this shit on top of everything else right now. 😅

@thepeculiarpanda How new is she? That is a stress behavior or sign of illness.

@SwampFlower She came from my parents house around a week ago now. Unfortunately, she was an outdoor cat at their house and still has a bit of a feral streak. Whenever she got in the house over there, she would do the same thing.

@thepeculiarpanda Maybe she would be a better fit as a barn cat. Sad situation. I hope you can find her a safe place.

@SwampFlower We have some friends that own a farm and I think my sister is talking to them about taking her on. She's a pretty cat but it's just too much right now, especially with another dog and cat on top of the two dogs and cat I already had. 😅
