How many have benefitted from medicinal Marijuana? For me personally, it's been a life saver especially with pain management

I acquired some for my brother in law as he had cancer it helped him a lot and he ate better so i guess it helped keep his strength up he did pass away but he had less pain pot is illegal here but talking to a doctor and nurses thay said they cant recommend it but if it was them they would be smoking it

@HootyTheNightOwl that is true it also helped him keep what food he ate down and not throw it up
