does any one here take cbd oil for anxiety?

if so how much does it help?

Stay away from mail order/internet/over the counter cbd, it is derived from industrial hemp, not medicinal Cannabis, it doesn't have enough thc to activate its properties.

@beermeplease Make sure the thc:cbd is at least 1:1 ratio.
