I Don't Believe Smoking Weed Makes You A Criminal

Now, I'm an avid marijuana smoker and am all for the legalization of it, however this group title doesn't quite make sense aha. See the definition of "criminal" or "crime" is breaking the law, or someone who breaks the law. Not someone who's a bad person, but someone who's broken the law. If marijuana is illegal in your country/state and you smoke it, you are therefore commuting a crime and are a criminal whether you like it or not. Maybe what you meant to say is "I don't believe weed makes you a bad person" or "shouldn't make you a criminal" ... But for now, it does. Aha.
