That is not recognized and it makes you a law breaker except in certain states and all over as far as the federal government is concerned. It is ok thought at least criminally to drink alcohol for your anxiety.

@DARKSkylar That is one prospective, in this case though I think the rules should never have been made. If you want to consume some herbal medicine that should be your business not the governments. This is a perfect example, we know alcohol will be destructive toward you anxiety yes it is ok to consume and marijuana is not.
