I Think Marijuana Should Be Legalized

As I recall only one substance was ever lawfully banned within the fifty states of the Union was alcohol. It took an amendment to the Constitution and a second one to bring it back. Where is the amendment for cannabis?

It's legal here where I live. I think it should be legal everywhere. No uptick in crime since legalization.

probably wont need an amendment. States are legalizing it now. once the majority of States do, the Federal Government won't have a choice but to legalize it

do you live in cave? 27 states have made it legal another 9 are in the wings it will steam roll from there nothing trump can do to stop it( not that he really wants to) in the next 5 years it will be the biggest industry in the world . 😁

@english hmmmm no. Did you actually consider what I posted? It was never lawfully illegal to begin with. Also consider public law 97-280. If the Creator gave us dominion over the plants and animals how can another man limit that dominion?

Michigan just voted to approve recreational marijuana.

I voted no. I quit pot 33 years ago. No benefit to society for recreational use. People will walk around in a stoned stupor, and looking for munchies.
