Legal Canabis?
I read today in the English papers that Canada is to legalise Canabis, what law would cover its missuse?

The drug isn’t classed in the pharmaceutical category. Although it’s benefits outweigh the potential negative effects, as opposed to that of a narcotic paint killer.
It is less detrimental to the body than the medication we are prescribed.
Legalization offers tax revenue and more jobs. I believe the gardening of these plants is regulated, but consumption is not.
It is quite difficult to determine one’s DUI while on this drug, so there is certainly room for error.

@SW-User DUI relates to all drugs, so the error is reduced through good policing.

I don’t know what “good policing” is. Drugs vary in effect, and we all react differently to them.
We can determine intoxication of alcohol with a breathalyzer, although it’s a very faulty line in regards to these class of vices.
