What happens when a non-spiritual person takes DMT or LSD?

Depending upon the person's background, he or she might be more likely to understand that, by modifying the biochemical soup in which your brain sits, you are (obviously) quite likely able to affect its function.

We know alcohol--a poison trying to shut down the CNS--can alter perception. That's not the same as saying that those altered perceptions are correct.

@SomeMichGuy Alcohol and LSD have nothing in common and your textbook narcanon interpretation is extremely flawed and annoying and you should just stfu…
@RunTheJulz They DO have something in common, and I've pointed it out.

Perhaps you've done so much that you don't understand that "altering the biochemical soup in which your brain sits" IS a commonality which transcends chemical similarity or dissimilarity or even mode of action.

@SomeMichGuy Um well, nada simulario bro 😎 lol

Just Nope 👎!! 😊☺
@RunTheJulz Yes.

Both change the chemicals to which the brain is exposed.

Both impact perception.

Those statements are undeniable.
RunTheJulz · 46-50, F
@SomeMichGuy NO!!
Not even a little bit…
And you know this man!!

@SomeMichGuy

Both impact perception

Not mutually exclusive and not necessarily related but you’re not exactly logical either way so I don’t see how you would understand it enough to argue but you persevere in spite of your ignorance 🥱
@RunTheJulz These are true, and if you were honest or informed, you'd admit / know that.

They both change the chemicals presented to the brain.

They both change perception.
@RunTheJulz So neither changes the chemicals presented to the brain?

@SomeMichGuy
They both change the chemicals presented to the brain.

They both change perception.
I never said that they didn’t. But that’s not exactly qualifiable just because your cognitive dissonance has left you with a vague sense of an idea. I’m sure you have this problem in many other areas of your life too. I’m so glad that I’m not your caregiver… fits and tantrums aside you’re not alone in being incredibly self absorbed when it comes to thinking that you’re capable of being correct ☺😊
So enjoy the company of the other logically challenged minds on this platform 🥱and stop pretending that you have a clue about what it is that you’re fumbling with here.
@RunTheJulz

but you’re not exactly logical either way

It's entirely logical.

You change the chemicals presented to the brain, you can change its perceptual mechanisms.

The brain is an organ affected by biochemistry.

Alcohol gets in the blood and clearly affects perception.

LSD...lol...if you know it, it clearly affects perception by changing the chemicals presented to the brain.

I think you've done too many drugs.

@SomeMichGuy
So neither changes the chemicals presented to the brain?

How do I put this another way as I’ve stated it before several times…
Hmm maybe if I just told you that it’s not the point and it’s not what makes them unrelated. But then again your highly emotional responses show that you’re highly unreasonable and unrealistic about lots of things so this is not exactly a revelation here. ☺😊🌈🚁💨
@RunTheJulz I am not giving emotional responses, these are logical notions.

You are the one yelling and claiming no logic, when the logic is dead easy:

if you change the chemicals presented to the brain, a change in perception can happen.

It happens in both alcohol consumption and LSD use.

Not surprising.

Um yeah this protraction of pathetic perseveration is highly emotional and the fact that you can’t and don’t see that is sad but not surprising. 😝

Nobody is yelling but you duder… 🤠

I’m guessing you’re just guessing here lol 🤥 I mean lying your way further down the grave you’ve dug for yourself lol

Dead easy lol wow that’s ironic wording for sure lol 😂

I’m not surprised by your blatant disregard for logic and your inability to comprehend the most basic concepts. I’m not even shocked by your perseveration because you do it every single time you go “off the tracks” and try to claim that you know what you’re talking about. I feel sorry for your mom 🙄
@RunTheJulz

No, you just don't understand basics.

Oh wow another observation you’re not qualified to make…
I highly doubt that your education is sufficient let alone superior to mine. 🙄
