Pedialite, really all you can do is hydrate. Eat hydrating foods, and drink water and electrolytes. Importantly, DO NOT TAKE TYLENOL. It's easy to cause an OD on Tylenol when hungover. Tylenol is pretty toxic, but our livers have no issue filtering out the toxic parts unless someone abuses it. After heavy drinking though, your liver might not be running 100% so a normal amount might cause some problems.
