How would you rank drugs, in order from tamest to “hardest”?

Personally, I’d order them thusly:

Life
Caffeine
Nicotine
Weed
Alcohol
Salvia
Psychedelics (shrooms before LSD)
Coke/crack
Meth
Benzos (this one’s tricky to place)
Opioids (least potent to most potent)

Maybe I’d put benzos higher up, perhaps at least before meth, I’m not sure.
I didn’t include all of them of course, just ones I’m more familiar with.

When I think aboit Meth I think of chemicals that can eat through your teeth. Just think of what it does to soft tissue like your brain. Heroin changes your brain and puts you on a schedule. If you don't get more by this time you're in trouble.

@Pitchblue so with meth, the reason it causes bad teeth is simply the dry-mouth. It doesn’t eat through your teeth, it’s just the lack of protective saliva coating that causes them to rot.

But yeah, opioid withdrawals are not fun
@Zeuro Interesting I've never heard that before. Meth is so caustic that I believed that is what happened to people's teeth.

@Pitchblue it’s basically a stronger version of Adderall
@Zeuro Meth is made with drain cleaner, battery acid, lye, antifreeze, etc. That will eat your teeth away.

@Pitchblue but you’re not actually consuming drain cleaner and battery acid lye antifreeze etc., the resulting synthesized chemical is just methamphetamine. Like sodium and chlorine are both horribly deadly for you but no one’s gonna argue that therefore it’s dangerous to consume table salt. Of course that’s not to say that meth isn’t problematic for your body but it’s not the same as consuming the ingredients used to make it
