This woman who sells me Rx drugs she steals from her job asked me for a letter of recommendation for the school I teach at. What should it say?

when you say sells you Rx drugs do you mean she works at the pharmacy you use, or as street drugs--no judgement on my end, but that will influence answers on here, including mine .
@robertsnj She works at a hospice

@ChemicalXTheExtraterrestrial ok got it i am really asking do you buy the Rx from her legally or non legallly, that part will influence answer--sorry about getting her occupation wrong

@ChemicalXTheExtraterrestrial i am guessing by you not replying you bought them as street drugs-so if that is the case

You can't really recommend her. She probably sells to others and it is a sooner or later she will get popped for dealing or fired for stealing RX which is 1 step away from ending your teaching career.

Tell her you make academic recommendations based on academic relationships and you feel can't make an academic recommendation based on a business relationship .

I am sorry for your addiction--hope you can find resources to manage it.
Also she may stop selling to you / be prepared for that.
