bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma):
with bile duct cancer that has spread and who have already received previous treatment(s)

Wow! My mother had CML and the drug was $7500 per month after Medicare paid its portion. Her insurance paid much of the rest, but she qualified for low income help from PSI, so it cost her nothing.
@exexec That's incredibly fortunate for her. I'm glad it worked out that way.

When the hep c cure came out, my dad was lucky enough to be covered by his insurance for it. But without insurance I'm pretty sure like on pill was over 100 grand. Something ridiculous like that anyway. Terrible for people that need it but don't have the means.
Socialized medicine would save people, add years to American lives.
So, you understand my utter contempt for the country and its culture.

@OogieBoogie IKR??? I guess they think if this is what you need to save your life (if it even will), you'll pay for it.

The whole bottle might cost the pharmaceutical company a buck.
And people question why I'm a Socialist.
