I hope he reported it, went to the ER, and started the PEP drugs immediately, I also hope your employer is sympathetic because the drugs are going to make him EXTREMELY sick. Antiretroviral is necessary but makes one so sick. I am so sorry your coworker is going through this, and you had to witness it.

@MyMonstersAreReal As far as I know, that security guard took all the right precautions. Kept it bleeding, washed it off real good with hand sanitizer, etc. so here's hoping for the best. That was pretty traumatic.
