I want to stop smocking cigarettes

But every time I try to stop… it doesn’t work.
I just need somethings shitty to happen in my life and I go buy a new packet. 😖

took me several attempts. you're going to relapse, its a given. i was successful eventually. the nicotine gum was what helped me. good luck and don't give up!
