Who here smokes

I find any kind of smoking, especially cigarettes, as disgusting. Not a fan of cancer, and hope you quit if you do smoke.

I just quit and moved onto vapes as I taper off. It is a hard addiction though so best not to judge.

Quitting includes the worst brain fog you've ever experienced for days, irritability, depression, flu symptoms etc. Having to go through that while you work is almost undoable.
