I think it will. There may be some grumbling among the right-wing tabloids, but it will soon die down. Of course, people will still get hold of cigarettes illegally, but smoking levels will plummet over the years and decades to come :)

Smoking levels have already been plummeting for decades; sensible people taking responsibility for their own actions, in response to ever-growing scientific, medical and statistical information. Cynical hint: You won't get much of that on "social media" 😄
