With all the shit I’ve been going through (see pinned post) I’m proud to say I am still nicotine free & have been since May of last year 👏🏼💪🏼

I found quitting nicotine to be one of the hardest things that I have ever done.

I took a free smoking cessation class, my quit date was 2/25/15 but I haven't inhaled any tobacco products or vape or e-cigs ever since then.
