Have you ever smoked cloves?

I used to enjoy them (in my twenties) I smelt terrible and it was so bad on my throat

In my teens and early 20s and once at a concert in my 30s.
I have asthma so pretty much even being near someone else smoking them is a bad idea but I have partaken several dozen times.
