The past two days I have been EXTREMELY fatigued

I have not been this tired in a long long long long long long long time. for the past two days, my sons grandpa took him for a little bit and I slept basically all day and all night for the past two days.

I haven't slept that much unless I was sick. Do you think that sounds like depression or do you think my body gave out from being so tired from working the night shift?

This week I did have to stay up during the day because I had maintenance men coming twice, one came Monday the other Tuesday. Maybe that's what did it.

Possibly on top of all the stressful things I have dealt with this week as well.

@Spumoni actually no. I felt pretty awake and alert. It seems to hit me when I start slowing down or sitting. It really hits me around 6pm. that's why I didn't really know I was tired 😫

Have you had a Covid test? Extreme tiredness/needing to sleep more can be early symptom.

It's basically stress and also over sleeping can make you feel like this. You add exercise to your routine.

@TheLordOfHell I didn't really feel depressed beforehand. It's just kind of depressing two days later. i hate night shift

@DeluxedEdition Yah we weren't really meant to be nocturnal like that. Graveyard shift does suck badly
