I Think Personal Hygiene Is Important

There are people at school, who have no idea about body odour.

I'm sad to say most of them are immigrants, or from minorities. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, and I would like to understand if they do it deliberately?

Actually two things , first they may not smell it at all , second they may have a body odour which is permanent.
