Have you ever had nitrous oxide (laughing gas)?

For any dental procedures?

I'm trying to get a consensus on several people , of how it made them feel.. have to decide soon to possibly have sedation for a root canal.

@Nevertooold Did you feel lightheaded? It says out of three sedation options at dentist, nitrous is the only one you can drive yourself after🤔

I know I couldn't have driven...we stopped at a stoplight, and I saw a McDonalds across the street and without saying anything I just hopped out of the car and started crossing a really bust road....I din't remember that when I came down...Whip-its were very popular.... a small cannister with nitrous in it..... it was a blast:)

@Nevertooold Was the nitrous you had at a medical facility , mixed with oxygen? Or you mean you had some on your own?

@Baybreeze I'm sure when the dentist did it...It was a mix of oxygen and nitrous....You could occasionally get your own little cannister(whip-its) when they were around....but at times you couldn't find them anywhere:)
