I use a batt powered " sonic" toothbrush. Small...angled.....spinning like a gazillion miles an hour.

And I do so six times a day....for 5 minutes.

Oh...and like medium...not hard nor to soft.

@itsok So...after breakfast....break time....after lunch....break time...after dinner...ect.

A full 5 minutes. Work on each tooth.

Have so...perhaps with a different schedule since I was ....7...ish.
