Went to the dentist today

I managed to get through the worst of it like the needles and injections but they have no idea what this weird boney thing in my mouth is. The swellings still there too. So basically I paid 562$ for fillings and my mouth still isn’t better.

Palatal Tori: Causes and Treatment
"How do you get rid of bony growth in your mouth?
Your dentist will refer you to an oral surgeon, who will schedule an appointment to examine the lump and discuss treatment options. The surgeon will typically use a local anesthetic to numb the area before making an incision, removing the excess bone, and closing the opening with sutures.Jan 9, 2023"
