Are manual toothbrushes just as effective in brushing as electrical ones?

Not according to the label. It depends how good you are at brushing your teeth. I’m lookin go to getting one myself.

Yes I only use a manual one and my dentist is pleased with my homecare. I also floss daily and use a dental pick.

Electric ones remove more plaque
