Mouthwash first...

Then Brush...

Why:
Because most toothpaste has FLOURIDE in it. If you use mouthwash AFTER brushing, it reduces or eliminates/diminishes the amount of fluoride that is deposited on the teeth surfaces when you brush.

BTW: rinsing your mouth with water after brushing does the same thing.....
