Does anyone take ice baths or cold showers?

Ive started doing cold shower or a little dip in cold water tub after hearing about it being able to help with my long covid symptoms. Im shocked it seems to be working but has become something i actually enjoy. Would you ever try it?

Im not a fan of the cold shower.
Ive had quite a few, never could make them a habit because of my deep disdain for ice water spraying at me.
but i'm curious, in what ways did this help with your long covid?

@nonsensiclesnail ive suffered with chest pains and breathing issue since getting covid. Ive found since trying the cold shower or ice bath they have decreased. Not gone completely but definitely less intense
