I Always Feel Better After a Shower

I've been getting very little sleep the past few weeks... that's another story, but today I woke up too late to take a shower. It is awful. It's not that I stink, I dont... but I feel like crap. My morning shower wakes me up and I get to start the day clean and fresh and new... hmmm.
Today is going to be a long day.
