In wintertime I shower every other day because the combination of the cold, dry weather and the hard water dries out my skin.

@Sapio I do use cleansing body fresh wipes on days in between. Actually doctors have said people should shower every other day , excluding summer, for that reason.

i just flossed this evening as i realized i hadn't done it in awhile

but as far as embarrassing to admit goes .. there's a short list of things now.. sigh 😳 which i wont say for now 🤐
