Can you buy a pallet on credit? Surely they won't notice if you replace one bottle in the middle with toilet paper or something, so you can return the rest.
Or you can start a little business and resell the other 1079. Surely you're not the only one who only needs one gallon.
@Younameit it took me 18 months to go through the gallon, but I use it to refill my little bottle. I bought my last gallon on Amazon, and they don’t have it anymore
