This blister is MAD

I have not had a blister in years. But got one yesterday, probably from those damn low socks going too low on back of my foot. Just a layer or two of skin came off so I put on a bandaid. Then today, it is beet red ughh. And so sore. Anyway just wanted to share my Blister Blog.

I imaging the treatment would be similar to treating bed sores. There are bed sore kits that include an anti bacteria cream and cushioned patches of various sizes with adhesives on all sides designed to prevent rubbing. The padding is spongy and smooth. The anti bacteria cream is zinc based and is pretty effective in preventing further complications.
