This blister is MAD

I have not had a blister in years. But got one yesterday, probably from those damn low socks going too low on back of my foot. Just a layer or two of skin came off so I put on a bandaid. Then today, it is beet red ughh. And so sore. Anyway just wanted to share my Blister Blog.

I can't wear low cut socks or very low cut sneakers. My heals are super sensitive to any rubbing in that area. Go without whenever you can to help it heal.

@Coralmist Hope it helps. Gauze pads under longer socks can help remove the irritating pressure also

@Gibbon Thanks. I initially didn't really clean it as it looked like not much skin was removed but now I see it so red I've been cleaning it with alcohol and the bandaids do help minimize pain. Ty Gibbon
