1 tb spoon of baking soda, 1 squeezed lime
, and one tb spoon of honey, mix it all together put it in a small sealed container and store it in the fridge. Apply it at least 3x a week , let it sit for about 15 min on your skin , and rinse it off. I have used this mixture on hyperpigmented areas and it really helps. It won’t change things in a week but over time you’ll see results.

Chances are you are having a bad kidney problem. Get an immediate check-up for that.
Kidney Disease & Your Skin: Rashes, Sores, & Itching
"Changes to skin color—the buildup of toxins in your body, when your kidneys aren't filtering your blood as they should, can cause color changes to your skin. You may notice a gray or yellow hue to your skin, areas of darkened skin, or an unhealthy pale tone"

Is there a way to lessen or remove the hyperpigmentation on my toes?

I don't have any answers for you.
Yet I do suggest you look at other health causes, if you haven't already checked them.
Some of the seemingly simple things can have serious consequences.
Your right foot toe cuticle really shouldn't be that dark. Hyperpigmentation or not! Your cuticles isn't your skin.

Yes, but as someone with Vitiligo, I have to ask why you would want that? It's just a racial feature on your part.... everyone brown has this weird aethetic to lighten their skin, when white people see it as weird and prefer the more natural, darker tones. Recommend just accepting who you are.
But if you can't, feel free to use skin whiteners. Half the women in asia uses it, not hard to find. Enjoy your albino toes.

@FermentedSoda 99% of users of these products want it to look whiter.
Look up skin whitening cream on a online retailer, this is the results for amazon.
You live with the consequences.

@Motzu Bro why keep pushing whitening 😭 I legit said i want even skin tone, if I use that on my toes then it wont be even on the rest of the feet, does it 😭 and if i use on whole feet it wont be even on legs, I legit post this on a skin care group to see if people got same issue and what worked on them, then i can get insights on what to do next. Whitening obviously don't apply to what i want to happen 😭

if its from the sun like from wearing sandals or soemthing, try a mask of yogurt and lemon juice. just enough yogurt mixed with a little bit of lemon juice. let sit 20-30 minutes. should lighten it some. id also suggest a salt scrub to remove dead skin. that will help too.
